It is the latest 8 inch VIA 2.2 ultra-thin Screen Tablet PC. It uses the VIA 8650 Chip-set to implement this configuration Screen/Display of 8 inches of high brightness TFT screen that easily conforms to the 4: 3 ratio Wide screen implementation on the MID's 800 x 600 formatted screen.
This Android 2.2 version uses the Google chrome-lite browser to surf the Internet either from it's built in RJ45 Ethernet network connection or wirelessly on the 802.11 b/g WiFi standard which for the new year now includes the 802.11 n function for extended coverage abilities. There is 3G network co***tibility when an external 3G modem is connected to the USB Transfer Box which accepts a standard USB plug and you are within 3G coverage area. |
